1. Who is responsible?

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use GoogRush, we may collect:
- Account details such as your name, email, country, sign-in information and preferences.
- Websites, keywords, competitor domains, audit and crawl results, reports, saved history and other information you add.
- Search Console and Analytics information you authorise us to access, plus connected account identifiers and access tokens needed to maintain the connection.
- Support messages, service communications and records of your choices.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, access times, error logs and actions needed to operate and protect the service.
- Subscription and transaction status from payment services when paid subscriptions are offered. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by GoogRush unless stated during checkout.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts; provide dashboards, research, audits, crawling, AI-assisted reports and exports; connect integrations you request; maintain customer data and history; answer support requests; secure, troubleshoot and improve the service; administer subscriptions; and meet legal obligations.
When you request AI analysis, relevant prompts and SEO data may be processed by the AI service configured for that feature to return the requested analysis. We do not use customer data for unrelated advertising and do not sell personal information.
4. When information is shared
We share information as needed to operate the service, including with hosting providers; providers of integrations you connect, such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics; SEO data providers such as DataForSEO; AI providers when you request AI features; payment processors when you subscribe; and support or security providers. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices and, where applicable, process data under our instructions or agreements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International processing
Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use applicable safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account and history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. After account closure, we delete or de-identify information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it or it remains in protected backups for a limited period.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your sign-in details and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; receive a portable copy; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can disconnect an integration through your account or the connected provider, and contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and some exceptions may apply.
You may complain to the data protection regulator responsible for you. In South Africa, this is the Information Regulator. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
8. Cookies
GoogRush and its sign-in platform may use cookies or similar technologies needed for sign-in, security and basic functionality. Your browser can block or delete cookies, though some service features may stop working. If optional analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, we will provide notices or choices required by law.
9. Children and changes
GoogRush is a business service and is not intended for children. We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page.
