1. About GoogRush
GoogRush is an SEO intelligence, reporting and auditing service provided by Clear Signal Intelligence (Pty) Ltd. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Clear Signal Intelligence (Pty) Ltd. Contact us at info@seoclickspro.com.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and connect only websites and third-party accounts you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for following applicable laws and the terms of services you connect.
Do not use GoogRush to access systems or data without permission, disrupt the service, infringe rights, transmit unlawful content or evade reasonable usage limits.
3. Trial, subscriptions and refunds
You get one month to try GoogRush free, with no credit card required for the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Current monthly prices, website counts and additional-site prices are shown on our Plans and Pricing page.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law. You may cancel to stop future renewals; cancellation does not refund a payment already made. GoogRush Data Credits are purchased separately on demand in $20, $50, $100 or $200 amounts. The amount you purchase is added to your USD wallet balance. Credits don't expire. Use them as you need them. Subscription renewals do not add wallet credit.
4. Service and third-party data
GoogRush provides dashboards, keyword and competitor research, backlink information, website audits, crawling, AI-assisted analysis and reports. Some information comes from third parties, including search and analytics platforms, SEO data providers and AI services. Their data, availability, terms and results are outside our control and may change or contain errors.
SEO metrics, AI mentions and recommendations are informational estimates or analysis. Rankings and traffic can change; we do not promise a particular ranking, traffic level, business result or uninterrupted availability.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain rights to content and data you submit or connect. You allow us to process it as needed to provide, secure and support GoogRush. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including any permissions or notices required for information about your clients or other people.
6. Intellectual property
GoogRush, its software, branding and materials belong to us or our licensors. While your account is active and in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business and client work. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law permits.
You may use reports and exports created for your account in your business and client work, subject to rights and terms that apply to any third-party data they contain.
7. Availability and account closure
We may change features and temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, legal reasons or material misuse. We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms. You may stop using the service and request account closure by contacting us. We handle account data under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GoogRush is provided without guarantees that every result will be complete, accurate, available or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, rankings or traffic, or loss arising from third-party services or data.
9. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms and post the current version here with its update date. Changes apply from that date. These terms remain subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
