GoogRush in a nutshell

GoogRush brings organic search data, keyword and competitor research, backlink analysis, site audits, AI visibility and client reporting into one workspace. The exact data available depends on the website, connected accounts, chosen market and provider coverage.

Use Search Console for Google-reported clicks and impressions. Use GA4 reports for recorded sessions and engagement. Use ranking and research data as provider measurements or estimates. These numbers describe different things.

Quickstart

  1. Create your GoogRush account through the account page.
  2. Add a website in the workspace and select the matching property or market where prompted.
  3. Connect Google Search Console to import accessible properties, then sync them to your website list.
  4. Connect a DataForSEO account if you want provider research billed directly to that account; set a pull cap first.
  5. Open the SEO dashboard, select a section, review its data date and run a pull only after checking the estimated cost.

Start with one website and a small set of keywords. The results make it easier to understand which reports use measured Google data and which use provider estimates.

Connect Google data

Search Console

  1. Open Settings and choose Connect Google account.
  2. Sign in with an account that can access the Search Console property and approve the read-only permission.
  3. Choose Sync properties. Accessible properties are linked to matching website hostnames; review any that need a manual website entry.

Business Profile

Business Profile uses a separate Google permission. From the Business Profile area, grant access to the saved Google account, then choose an accessible location. A client can add your Google account as a manager; they do not need to share their password.

Google Analytics 4

GoogRush keeps Analytics reports separate from Search Console metrics. Open the website dashboard’s Analytics section and use its available import flow to bring in GA4 data.

Connect DataForSEO and control spend

In Settings, enter your DataForSEO API login and password and choose Connect and verify. GoogRush verifies the account and stores the credentials encrypted. Research is billed by DataForSEO when you use your own account.

  1. Create or locate your API credentials in your DataForSEO account.
  2. In the GoogRush client dashboard, open Settings → Integrations → DataForSEO.
  3. Enter the API login and password, then connect and verify the balance.
  4. Set a maximum spend per pull. The default is $2; enter $0 only if you intentionally want no per-pull cap.
  5. Review the estimated cost before starting research. Provider rates and actual charges are confirmed by DataForSEO.
A cap limits the spend for an individual pull. It is not a monthly budget. Check your provider account for final usage and billing.
